Marie is approachable, helpful, and a true partner. This is particularly vital because hiring her means inviting her into your life in a very personal way. She is a caring individual who never forgets that there are people behind the "stuff" she is helping streamline. I can't say enough good things about her as a small business owner and as a person.

Yesterday I was thankful for my organized kitchen! I made Thanksgiving dinner in half the time and was able to relax and enjoy football with my family.

My Basement was cluttered from wall to wall. It had been that way for the last 16 years I had lived in my house. I have tried several times on my own to clean it out, but to no success. Then I hired Marie Poole, a professional organizer. We went through the basement quickly and methodically, we went through the entire amount of “stuff” to put each piece in its appropriate place or pile. I did not get rid of anything I wanted to keep. We worked together to sort it all out.
Life is much different now, everything has its place. The unneeded clutter is gone, and because there is so much room now, I could roller skate around my basement if I wanted to!
Gratefully,

With wisdom and gentle firmness Marie helped me sort through things that had built up in my house and had taken over my life. Together we made decisions about what to keep and not to keep. She was then able to take what remained and put things in place for not only function but beauty. My large wall system is the best example of that. We gathered all my books together, weeded out over 90 of them, and then she reorganized the system with a sense of style. I’ve added a few more books but it still looks great. There are hidden things too that only I see but make such a difference in my day to day life including how my dishes are stored and a great use of a shoe holder for hats and gloves. Working with Marie was a great experience.

Some people are gifted in what they do. Marie Poole certainly has a natural talent for decor and organization. Not only is she professionally skilled and friendly, she has an innate intuition for her clients’ likes and dislikes, along with invaluable budgeting experience. Her work certainly speaks for itself. I hired Marie Poole to have my entire home reorganized and redecorated. She presented me with options and discussed the budget I’m comfortable with, rest of the details I left that up to her. It was an amazing experience. Off to work one day from my disorganized and disarrayed zoo I once called home. The same day I returned from work, I was in a state of shock and instantly invigorated; it was absolutely phenomenal! In that short time frame, my home transformed into a picturesque sanctuary. Everything was neatly organized, didn’t have problems finding any rearranged items; everything was just perfect and even more than what I imagined. I was floored and speechless; I couldn’t thank her enough. If you have the opportunity to use Marie Poole's services, I highly recommend her. Marie knows what she’s doing. She is absolutely phenomenal in her work, and you will undoubtedly be satisfied and pleasantly amazed.

Marie,
I just want to thank you for the beautiful way you organized my closet and drawers. You really did teach me a lot about organizing as well as doing a great job of helping me. I really have enjoyed it being such a nice and organized way. I have not missed anything, which really surprised me! It has not been hard to keep it that way.

Dear Marie,
When my siblings and I finished dividing my Dad’s home between us, I was left with a room 12x10 with 5 feet tall of boxes and furniture. To be honest, we finished moving the boxes and furniture into my home in December, and I thought I would gradually get to the boxes and furniture within 2 months. As I was continually distracted by my 2 young boys, the room remained untouched. Then as life so often does, my Dad died, and I was consumed with the details of a funeral and the paperwork after-math. As late spring approached, I had not touched the Storage Room, aka Dining Room and I was anxious to start using all the treasures that I received from my Dad. To add additional ‘stresses, my sons’ birthdays were approaching and I had not touched the Dining Room that I was planning to use. Every time I went into the room, I was overwhelmed and was not sure where to start.
A good friend of mine told me about Marie Poole, and I thought she could help. Marie came over for an initial consultation and I showed her my Dining Room. (You could not even walk into it). She suggested that we start with a day’s work, which I agreed too. It was money well spent. We were able to get through all of the boxes and arrange the furniture. I wanted to opportunity to arrange the serving plates, nick-knacks and special glasses, so she agreed to return the following week to help me with the remaining items. I was not sure exactly what we were going to do, but I wanted to have the Dining Room and now the Kitchen organized and usable. A lot of my portion of my Dad’ stuff was used in the Kitchen. The following week Marie returned – as she said she would, and we spent the day organizing the Kitchen – getting rid of broken, rusted & chipped plates, cups, pan & utensils. It was really amazing.
Marie, you helped me get through my Dad’s things – retaining the good stuff and getting rid of the ‘bad’ stuff. I did not realize how emotionally draining going through the stuff was going to be – until I started and it was a huge help to have you work with me – you kept my need to keep everything (I am a pack-rat by nature) in check. Thanks!

Marie dug in to help me stage my home of 20 years for sale. She worked in each room packing up items for storage and de-cluttering cabinets and closets. She worked with each of my boys to determine what they needed to keep and what went to storage or Good Will. She is extremely detailed oriented, being sure to keep receipts and procure needed supplies. Marie even took on my office, which often looks like a war zone, and I was still able to function efficiently. Marie was extremely helpful during a difficult, emotional, and exhausting transition for me and my family. I am sure she will go the extra mile for any task she takes on.
